Shipping Policy – Netherlands

We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely and carefully to your home. Below you will find all information about our shipping conditions within the Netherlands.

1. Shipping costs
  • Free shipping on orders over €100;
  • For orders under €50 we charge a standard shipping fee of €6.95.
2. Delivery time & processing
  • Orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day;
  • The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 working days;
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday;
  • Delivery times may vary slightly on public holidays.

We ship via reliable logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL or DPD, depending on the fastest route.

3. Track & Trace
  • After shipping you will receive an email with a personal Track & Trace code;
  • This allows you to easily track your package and adjust the delivery if necessary.
4. Discreet packaging
  • All orders are shipped in neutral, inconspicuous packaging with no identifiable sender;
  • This way we guarantee your complete privacy.
5. Not at home when delivered
  • Are you not at home during delivery? Via Track & Trace you can always see where your package is.
